Refund policy

Products sold on the distilled.love shop are not subject to the right of withdrawal, as per Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014. These products fall under the category of food items that are “liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.”

However, if any anomalies or damages are identified upon delivery, we are committed to issuing a refund. This will require prior notification sent to the email address info@distilled.love, accompanied by images clearly documenting the issues encountered.

The refund may be processed either through the reimbursement of the amount corresponding to the damaged product or, alternatively, by issuing a discount voucher of equal value for future purchases.
